Why Do You Only Find Cynergy TK In The Worlds Best Anti Aging Products?

Monday, November 9, 2009

By Peter Geraldson

My goal in writing articles and in writing my website is to alert readers to the risks inherent in the chemical ingredients found in so many modern anti aging skin products and other personal and beauty products. But today I want to talk about a more positive ingredient that is found in the best anti aging skin products called Cynergy TK.

Because not all anti aging products contain potentially harmful chemical ingredients. There's a small group of dedicated skin care companies who work extremely hard to find natural alternatives to so many of the chemical ingredients found in the big name products so that they can formulate products which are effective and which do not contain any ingredients that may pose a risk to the consumer.

Because there's many safe and effective ingredients that can be used. Avocado oil, babassu oil and shea butter are just 3 examples of safe and effective ingredients that are well known as effective skin moisturizers.

There are many more than 3 naturally occurring ingredients which are known to have properties that are highly beneficial to skin health and which are completely safe to use and in fact have been eaten by peoples in other countries for generations.

The reason why so many mainstream anti aging companies use chemical alternatives is that they are easy and cheap. Many of these antiaging companies seek to produce products using the cheapest possible ingredients because they have a distinct formula for making profit. They try to spend the minimum amount on product quality and the maximum on marketing, and this works exceedingly well. These companies become hugely successful and make billions of dollars profit.

However there are small companies that compete in the same market who have a different philosophy about the anti aging skin products that they produce. They commit to making products that do not contain chemical additives suspected of posing health risks but instead try and produce a high quality skin care line that is exceedingly effective, safe to use and cost competitive. They maximize the budget spend on product quality and to keep the cost of the products competitive they do not advertise, rather they rely on the quality of their products to attract and retain a loyal customer base.

Cynergy TK is an example of a very effective but very expensive ingredient that is only found in the worlds very finest anti aging skin products. Cynergy TK contains keratin and this keratin is taken from the wool of sheep and is highly effective at stimulating increased production of collagen in the skin. It is highly unusual to find Cynergy TK in products you will see on the shelves of your stores.

Anti-aging skin care is all about improving skin health. Unhealthy skin loses it's elasticity through loss of collagen and elastin and starts to sag, wrinkle and form fine lines. By improving overall skin health, including the ability of the skin to retain moisture, these characteristics are reversed and skin elasticity is restored. Anti aging skin care products containing Cynergy TK do this extremely well.

In particular there is one small skin care company that produces what will, over time, be recognized as the worlds finest anti aging products. They do not advertise at all and so you won't have heard of them but they have a growing group of dedicated customers who gradually spread the word.

In this way this small niche company will build over time to become one of the worlds premier skin care and anti aging product manufacturers.

Even today the big name companies use chemical ingredients in their products and these risk your health. But it is possible to find safe and effective natural anti aging products which work very well and don't put your health at risk.

If you'd like to find out which products use Cynergy TK then visit my website.

Eat On Exam Day

Sunday, November 8, 2009

By Cristian Truers

Healthy eating is probably the last thing on the minds of the more than 200,000 school students preparing for exams this month. But according to Australia's leading nutrition organisation, eating the right food is one of the keys to exam success.

Clare Evangelista, Spokesperson for the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA) said eating a balanced diet can help improve concentration.

'What we eat has a big impact on mental performance, so we need to give our brain the right fuel to help it perform at its peak. Eating energy bars, lollies and chocolates will give students a short-term spike in energy, but this doesn't last,' said Ms Evangelista, an Accredited Practising Dietitian.

Clare has these top five tips for improving energy and concentration levels on exam day:

Eat breakfast - Stick with familiar foods and serve sizes on the morning of an exam as this is not the time to try anything new. Breakfast provides your brain with carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals. Try: - A bowl of cereal with reduced-fat milk, topped with chopped fruit and a sprinkle of almonds - Wholegrain or wholemeal toast with reduced-fat cheese and tomato, and a small fruit juice.

Eat regularly throughout the day - Eating energy-sustaining foods at meals and snacks will help to fuel the brain, maintain energy levels, and avoid dips in concentration. Try: - Sandwich, roll or wrap filled with salad vegetables, reduced-fat cheese, lean meat or tinned tuna - Fruit smoothies made with reduced-fat milk and/or yoghurt - Fruit (fresh, tinned or dried) or fruit and nut snack packs - Crackers with tomato and reduced-fat cheese, toast and spreads, fruit bread, cereal with reduced-fat milk.

Drink plenty of water - This will hydrate your body, help reduce fatigue and help your brain work. If possible, take a water bottle in to the exam with you.

Limit excess caffeine - Limit coffee, caffeinated soft drinks or guarana-containing drinks. Caffeine can act as a mild stimulant, boosting alertness and staving off fatigue, but too much can make you feel nervous and restless, and may affect how well you sleep.

Exercise - Schedule in some physical activity before or in between exams. Exercise can help reduce stress, clear your mind and improve sleep patterns.

Psychic Cleansing - How to Cleanse Your Aura For Psychic Protection

Saturday, November 7, 2009

By Tana Hoy

What is Psychic Cleansing?

Psychic cleansing means cleansing the mental, emotional, and spiritual layers of your aura from all forms of negative energies, impure intentions, depressing thoughts, dark emotions, and other similar imbalances. Just as you take a regular bath or shower to cleanse your physical body of all kinds of impurities, psychic cleansing does the same to your aura. It removes any negative energy from it, creating a feeling of deeper, inner peace.

The Top 5 Benefits of Psychic Cleansing

After taking a shower or bath, don't you feel so much better and renewed afterward? You feel relaxed and refreshed, and a much happier mood takes over you. Psychic cleansing has the same effect, except that the effects of psychic cleansing reach beyond your physical body. The comfort you feel is something you can psychically experience.

Giving yourself some psychic cleansing entails the following benefits. These are just the 5 top benefits which you will get from psychic cleansing, among many others.

1. Experience a balance between your physical and spiritual aspect.

A physically clean body does not assure complete health. You may be physically squeaky clean, but your mind is cluttered with worries. Psychic cleansing frees you from these unseen dirt and impurities in the form of worrisome thoughts and negative thinking, thus creating a balance between your physical and spiritual aspect.

2. Be fully prepared for any form of activity.

Psychic cleansing clears your mind to prepare you for any activity. The activity can range from simple to complex ones involving psychic techniques.

3. More quickly heal and recuperate.

When you wash a wound, you protect it from becoming more serious or infected. You are also making it heal more quickly. In the same manner, psychic cleansing aids in your healing - whether it is a physical, spiritual, or emotional healing. It refreshes and relaxes you, allowing you to sleep better and more restfully.

4. Let go of negativity which can drag down other areas of your life.

If you are in a bad emotional state for example, other areas of your life may be affected by this bad feeling. It can affect your career, your other relationships which are working well, or any other aspect of your life which are not connected to the reason of your emotional distress. Psychic cleansing prevents the spread of this negativity by eliminating it completely.

5. Live a more joyful and peaceful life.

Psychic cleansing aids you in finding your inner peace and happiness. As this inner peace and joy emanates from you, you draw in more peace and joy to you. In the process, you influence others too to experience the same kind of good energy.

7 Effective Steps for Psychic Cleansing

1. Do your psychic cleansing twice a day - one in the morning to prepare the self for the day, just like when you take a bath. Another one is done at night, just as when you take a warm bath or wash up to cleanse yourself for bedtime.

2. Sit down in a quiet location and relax your body to begin your psychic cleansing.

3. Imagine a ball of bright light shining down on you from over your head.

4. The rays of this light extend down to you, entering the top of your head. The light is warm, and you feel its warmth at every point where it passes through. Notice that each area it passes becomes cleansed of any negativity.

5. The light travels down to the level of your forehead. As you feel the warmth, notice that the area it has passed through is glowing with pure clean light, cleansed of all negativity. The light travels down the level of your eyebrows, throat, heart, pelvis, legs, knees, and feet. You feel the warmth spread and see your self being completely cleansed.

6. As the light continues down to the ground, it carries all your negativity into the earth and away from you.

7. When you are totally cleansed, the ball of light goes down into the ground as well. You are now fully cleansed.

Do your psychic cleansing regularly, and you will see the remarkable difference it makes to your life. Experience each of the benefits from psychic cleansing, as listed above. Witness each benefit manifesting in your life. Through psychic cleansing, you can achieve the perfect physical and spiritual balance, and completely change the quality of your life.

History of Medicinal Fungi

Friday, November 6, 2009

By Dr. Markho Rafael

5,300 years ago, an injured and starving man from Val Venosta, Italy, fled across an Alpine glacier to escape pursuers. But his enemies caught up with him and with a practiced arrow-shot penetrated his shoulder blade and subclavian artery. Before long, he was dead from blood loss. "Oetzi the Iceman" was found mummified in 1991. On his person were pouches containing mushroom remedies, the oldest known proof in existence of medicinal mushrooms usage.

One of the mushrooms he carried was a traditional de-wormer known as Birch polypore (Piptoporus betulinus), which makes sense because whipworm eggs were found in Oetzi's intestines. The other mushroom was a species frequently used to cauterize wounds, Tinder fungus (Fomes fomentarius). The Iceman's right hand had been injured days earlier and was in the process of healing when he was killed.

Birch polypore and Tinder fungus are both polypores, which have pores on their undersides, hence the name. Most polypores grow on trees and none is known to be poisonous.

Polypores are usually considered inedible due to the fact that they are hard and wood-like. But for ancient peoples all across the globe - from China and India to Europe and the Americas - polypore teas and poultices have none-the-less been indispensible allies to human health at least for as long as written and oral traditions can recount.

Oral traditions of Native Americans bear tale of many types of polypores being used to help against the diseases brought by the Europeans, including Birch polypore but also Reishi (Ganoderma resinaceum), Turkey Tail (Trametes versicolor), Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) and the now almost vanished species Agarikon (Fomitopsis officinalis).

As it so happens, Agarikon is also the oldest mushroom referenced in European medical literature. It was listed by Dioscorides in the Materia Medica of 65 B.C. as a treatment for tuberculosis. In confirmation of this, Polish researcher K. Grzywnowics published an article in 2001 titled Medicinal mushrooms in Polish Folk Medicine where he states that Agarikon tea was historically used in his country as a remedy for lung conditions, as well as rheumatoid arthritis, open bleeding and infected wounds.

So far, we've only covered the history of medicinal mushrooms in Europe and America and have barely even touch upon their use in Asia, where their use has been even more exhaustive. At least three Asian species must be included in any article on the history of mushrooms.

First is the polypore Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum), which has been used in China and Japan as a health bestowing mushroom of immortality for at least two millennia. It was first mentioned in the 2,000 year old book Shen Nong's Herbal Classic. Many ancient wood-carvings and temple engravings in the Orient bear testament to the homage paid to this acclaimed cure-all mushroom.

Next is Cordyceps, a minute fungus from the Tibetan plateau, parasitising on silk caterpillars. Cordyceps sinensis was first mentioned as a medicinal mushroom in The Classic Herbal of the Divine Plowman from 200 A.D. It is popular with athletes to improve physical stamina. Historically, it's been used as an aphrodiciac.

Finally there is Shiitake, the number one gourmet mushroom of the Orient. Shiitake has been cultured in China for approximately 1,000 years as a food. What is less known is that it is also one of the most researched medicinal mushrooms in the world. A polysaccharide extracted from Shiitake is approved in Japan as an anti-cancer drug. Other qualities hinted at by research include antibiotic and immune enhancer.

Scientific research on medicinal mushrooms began in Japan in the late 1960's. A ground-breaking study by Dr. Ikekawa found that mushroom growers and their families had lower cancer rates then the communities in which they lived. Today, medicinal research into mushrooms has expanded exponentially around the world and is still increasing. Medicinal mushrooms are still making history.

Note: The article is informational only. The FDA has not approved mushrooms for medicinal use. Always consult a licensed medical practitioner before using any product to treat an illness.

Uses of Wrist Braces In CTS?

Thursday, November 5, 2009

By Tom Nicholson

For those dealing with carpal tunnel syndrome, completing everyday tasks or simple duties can be painful or bothersome. With tingling sensations, numbness or even shooting pains in the wrist and hands up to the arm, you may not want to complete certain jobs due to the impending pain that it can cause you afterwards. Losing strength in your hands can be a major problem for those who rely on their hands to work with each day and may have an impact on their employability. In today's declining economy and economic downfall, you do not want something to stand in the way of you retaining work full time.

Carpal tunnel syndrome can be treated in many different ways, depending on the progression of your case. Anti-inflammatory medications and pain relievers, hot and cold compresses, exercises, stretches and even wrist braces may be used to provide relief from the symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome and to promote the healing process.

Anti-inflammatory medication, hot or cold compresses, stretching and muscle exercises or even the use of wrist braces are all common forms of treatment for those who suffer from carpal tunnel symptoms. One or more of these methods can be used together in order to help alleviate any discomfort and help you regain the strength back in your hands and wrists. Your family doctor will be able to help you determine the exact course of action to take when it comes to dealing with all of your carpal tunnel symptoms.

Wrist braces can be used during the evening in order to help keep your wrist immobile and prevent flexion while sleeping. It is helpful to try and keep your wrist elevated and in a neutral position when you go to bed. For many sufferers, using a wrist brace in the evenings is the best treatment plan and is all they require in battling the discomforts of carpal tunnel. For some people, it is necessary that they use a wrist brace during the waking hours while they are at work. This can help prevent them from overextending the wrist or using repetitive motions too often that can cause more damage to the already sore tendons and median nerve in the hand. The overall use of your wrist brace will determine the exact type of brace you will need. While some are designed for comfort and ease of use others are specifically made to immobilize the wrist entirely in instances such as lying down for sleeping.

Wrist braces are available in a variety of different materials. Which material you choose is largely up to you and your own personal preferences; the important thing is to find one which is comfortable while providing the support your hands and wrists need. There are cotton/polyester blends, neoprene and other materials including specially designed heat-trapping materials which you can find wrist braces in. Look for wrist braces to treat your carpal tunnel syndrome which are designed for the use you will put them to; some are made for wear on the right hand, others on the left. This can actually be an advantage, since the progression of your carpal tunnel syndrome may be different in each hand; having the right fit for each wrist can help to speed along the healing process. Regardless of which type of brace you choose and when you wear it, make sure that you consult with your doctor first and follow the course of treatment he or she recommends. Remember to perform regular stretches and exercises in conjunction with the use of a wrist brace and before long, you'll start to see some relief from your carpal tunnel symptoms.
